Time and headspace
There’s a common theme when I talk to people about software automation. They’d love to do it but they don’t have the time or headspace to think about it (there’s heaps of other stuff happening in their business). Luckily, this is massively a misconception.
Once you’ve identified a task or workflow that can be automated, and work through scoping, we come onsite and set up access to the necessary bits of software. The time and headspace drain literally stops there. You don’t NEED to hold our hands or monitor anything from there. The automation kicks off and bam, there’s a whole bunch of spare time.
Stop thinking that automation can’t be done because you’re busy. It’s a tiny time and headspace investment. Being busy is awesome and automation will make it more awesome.
