Stop typing stuff

Think about what you type in a day. It’s probably mainly communicative stuff like messages and emails. You can automate messages and emails, but AI emails suck so you probably shouldn’t. Unless they are simple, uniform messages like task reminders or something. Anyway, we’re getting off track.

What else do you type in a day? Do you enter your KPI metrics and write structured reports? Do you enter production jobsheet details, logbook details, asset counts, stock counts etc? Do you log web form enquires in your CRM? All of the above tasks can be automated; you simply hook up the information source with the data entry interface.
