If you've been busy creating meaningful AI and software automations in your company, this post isn't for you.

If you haven't found a way to apply this to date: pick the smallest possible thing you can automate. It might be routing emails to their correct folders. It might be checking your EOD sales figure. It might be ordering more brownies for the lunchroom.

After that, automate it. You may not need our help (although it would be chill if you did). Hell, you may not need anyone's help, just ask your AI of choice.

Automation is an acquired taste. When you've automated something, you start seeing other opportunities everywhere else in your business. Just start, and the door finally opens to the hallowed land of actual productivity.
